Unofficial testing is recommended for all producers. This will allow you to keep track of your crops potency in order to remain compliant with Texas Department of Agriculture regulations.

Unofficial Sampling
Texas Department of Agriculture mandates a licensed 3rd party sampler must collect your official sample 30 days prior to harvest. This allows TDA to verify your crop is 0.3% or less total THC prior to being harvested. We understand time is of the essence. We work with the most efficient labs in the state to obtain your certificate of analysis within 24 to 48 hours of reaching the lab.
Transport Manifest
Official Sample Transport Manifest's are required by the Texas Department of Agriculture to collect and travel with official samples. We recommend applying for the transport manifest at least 5 business days before your official sample collection date. This will insure you receive your manifest in time for the sample to be collected and transported. It is illegal to transport hemp samples without a Texas Department of Agriculture Transport Manifest. The price of the manifest is $75 per lot for both individual un-official and official manifests.
Lot Assessment
Our clients receive a free lot assessment for every lot that a sample is being pulled from. Our lot assessment will insure your crops health and confirm you are complaint with the Texas Department of Agriculture regulations.
